**** If the Doctoral Monitoring Board of All India Council of Technical Education & Technology is satisfied with the experience, achievements and contributions of an individual in a specific area it shall issue a provisional letter of confirmation.
**** The candidate should prepare a report of 40 to 50 pages based on his experience, achievements and contribution in the respective field and submit to All India Council of Technical Education & Technology official address in India or should be sending via email.
**** The candidate should prepare a Research Thesis of 30 to 250 pages and submit to university official address in India or should be sending via email.
